Project for CFE- Geothermal Power Plant -Los Azufres (Mich.)
Being a project for the manufacture of speed reducers for cooling towers for geo-thermoelectric units.
This generating plant uses the natural steam extracted from the subsoil after conditioning it to cool the process water.
The application consists of transmitting the necessary power to drive fans up to 6.0 meters in diameter to cool the usable water through the cooling towers while extracting the non-condensable gases into the atmosphere.
The project consisted of the manufacture of speed reducers Mod. CTD-12-400, for a capacity of 200 Hp of service.
Manufactured with our own design and engineering, using standardized materials and first-class components.

REPAIR
Repair of speed reducers of any type and brand with spare parts from the original manufacturer or manufactured in our plant. It includes:
Replacement of gears manufactured in our facilities: helical, spur, bevel, internal gears, up to AGMA 12 quality and recovery of arrows by metallization.
Rehabilitation of accommodation.
Testing at application speed.
Quality dossier.
On-site technical assistance for startup.
One year warranty on repair.
