Project for CFE- Geothermal Power Plant -Los Azufres (Mich.)
Being a project for the manufacture of speed reducers for cooling towers for geo-thermoelectric units.
This generating plant uses the natural steam extracted from the subsoil after conditioning it to cool the process water.
The application consists of transmitting the necessary power to drive fans up to 6.0 meters in diameter to cool the usable water through the cooling towers while extracting the non-condensable gases into the atmosphere.
The project consisted of the manufacture of speed reducers Mod. CTD-12-400, for a capacity of 200 Hp of service.
Manufactured with our own design and engineering, using standardized materials and first-class components.

REPAIR OF MARLEY BRAND SPEED REDUCERS
Project for Iberdrola-Tamazunchale Plant (SLP)
Being a project for the gradual repair of 12 speed reducers for cooling towers for a combined cycle generating unit.
The application consists of transmitting the necessary power to drive fans to cool the usable water through the cooling towers while extracting the non-condensing gases into the atmosphere.
The project consisted of the general repair of Mca speed reducers. Marley, for a capacity of 180 Hp, where the entire retrofit to be replaced was manufactured.
