Project for CFE- Geothermal Power Plant -Los Azufres (Mich.)
Being a project for the manufacture of speed reducers for cooling towers for geo-thermoelectric units.
This generating plant uses the natural steam extracted from the subsoil after conditioning it to cool the process water.
The application consists of transmitting the necessary power to drive fans up to 6.0 meters in diameter to cool the usable water through the cooling towers while extracting the non-condensable gases into the atmosphere.
The project consisted of the manufacture of speed reducers Mod. CTD-12-400, for a capacity of 200 Hp of service.
Manufactured with our own design and engineering, using standardized materials and first-class components.

GENERAL REPAIR OF HITACHI BRAND REDUCERS
Project for the CFE-Jose Lopez Portillo plant (Rio Escondido-Nava, Coah.)
Being a general repair project of speed reducers for coal pulverizers.
The application consists of transmitting the necessary power to drive the sphere-type coal pulverizers to grind the coal in stone form to a fine powder that is finally used for combustion.
The project consisted of the general repair of Mca speed reducers. Hitachi for a transmission capacity of 385 KW and a weight approx. 17 tons. Being special spare parts, the CFE provided all the original refurbishment of the brand.
